French Film Festival
The Alliance Française French Film Festival has firmly established itself as the foremost French cultural event in New Zealand.
14th – 28th March 2018
Reaching out to about 35,000 people every year, the Festival is the second largest film festival in the country and showcases France and the French-speaking world in all its diversity.
The Festival is organised by the French Film Arts Trust, a not for profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of French cinema.
Every year the Festival gives an insight into contemporary French film production. The programme offers a large choice of films, from more intimate auteur cinéma to genre films and big entertainment, inviting the audience to ’travel’ the world and experience – One language, but a world of emotions.
